From best friends to barrier-boosting skincare founders.

As licensed estheticians, acne specialists, and spending years treating clients with all types of skin. Time and time again, we saw the same story:

  • Melanin-rich skin left out of product formulations.

  • Sensitive skin being stripped instead of supported.

  • Clients who didn’t see themselves represented in the industry.

In 2020, we made it official and launched NutríVamos. More than a skincare line, it’s our promise: to create formulas that are microbiome-safe, barrier-supportive, and inclusive by design. Backed by science, crafted with care, and inspired by culture.

Nutrívamos means “let’s nourish.” It’s our philosophy, our why, and our invitation to you.

 Jodi Ramos-Austria 

Jodi Ramos-Austria Co-Founder and Acne Specialist Paramedical Esthetician

(she/her/ella) licensed paramedical esthetician, certified acne specialist, and co-founder of NutríVamos

Before skincare, Jodi spent 24 years as a paramedic, where she learned the power of care, precision, and resilience. After a work injury and becoming a mother, she shifted careers, following her lifelong passion for skincare rooted in her own experience with acne.

Alongside her best friend and business partner Priscilla, she pursued advanced acne training, worked in clinical settings, and eventually co-created NutríVamos: a skincare brand born from both personal and professional need. A true ingredient junkie. Jodi specializes in acne, barrier repair, melanated skin, and client education. She’s known for keeping it real with a warm heart, creating safe spaces where clients feel cared for and empowered.

Outside of work, Jodi is a proud Latina, mom of two kids, dog mom of three, a world traveler, foodie, and family-first adventurer.

 Priscilla Vargas

Before skincare, she worked in the luxury jewelry industry, managing high-end accounts and coordinating trade shows nationwide; a role that required meticulous attention to detail and an ability to deliver under pressure.

But even while traveling and working with Italian gold, her heart was always in skincare. As someone who struggled with acne for years, Priscilla was the go-to friend who researched every product, read every label, and could break down an ingredient list like a chemist. Making the leap into esthetics felt natural, and deeply personal.

After completing her training and working at a high-volume acne clinic, Priscilla built a strong reputation for her ability to customize clear-skin plans with purpose. Her specialties include acne care, pro-aging support, client education, and her personal favorite: LED light therapy. She’s passionate about its healing properties, scientific benefits, and ability to support both skin and well-being.

Clients are drawn to Priscilla’s authenticity, warmth, and humor; she’s known for telling it like it is, but always with kindness and care. Whether she’s creating a personalized protocol or helping shape Nutrívamos product formulations, she leads with integrity and passion.

Outside of work, Priscilla is a culture-loving traveler who prefers immersion over tourism. She loves exploring the world with her partner, spending time with her family, and dreams of one day having a dog of her own.
