Our formulas have been developed in-house over the past five years, and maintaining full control over our branding and product development is essential to preserving the exceptional quality of our products. Because our manufacturing process is highly specialized and cost-intensive, we focus exclusively on producing and distributing under our own brand.

  • We have no minimums so the is no commitment. There is a kit that contains 1 retail size of every product in our shop. We still need you to apply to verify you are licensed.

  • Yes

    We can drop ship for you if you are out of stock of some retail items. There is a form at the bottom of our Pro Shop page. 

    You provide the details in the form and we will send you an invoice. 

    Please note your clients products will not be shipped until the invoice is paid.

    You charge your client how you normally would and we will invoice you.

    Since we are providing this service your markup is 40% + less shipping fee instead of normally 50-55% you would receive in your spa/clinic. 

    You will receive a separate email where you can the track order as well.

    please note only skincare products can be dropshipped, merch items have to be ordered by you thru the website

Nutrívamos Inclusive Skincare™ Wholesale Partner Agreement

You will never find Nutrívamos on Amazon, Walmart.com, or any unauthorized discount platform — that's a promise to every licensed partner.

Our Commitment to Your Business

When you stock Nutrívamos, your clients can't go home and find the same product cheaper online. That's by design. We built this brand from the treatment room up, we know what it means when a marketplace undercuts your retail pricing. It erodes trust, kills repeat sales, and devalues the expert recommendation you just made.

Nutrívamos products are sold exclusively through licensed estheticians, dermatologists, approved medical spa partners, and approved retail partners. We do not sell through general retail channels, third-party marketplaces, or distributors who resell without vetting.

Authorized Sales Channels

As an approved wholesale partner, you may only sell through authorized channels. Sales outside these channels are a violation and may result in immediate account termination.

Margin & Pricing Policy

Because Nutrívamos never competes with you through big-box channels, you keep the sale and the relationship every time.

Partners agree not to sell Nutrívamos products below the suggested retail price (SRP) without prior written consent. Discounting below SRP: including through coupons, bundles priced below cost, or promotional pricing; is considered a violation of this Agreement.

Anti-Diversion Policy

Nutrívamos actively monitors for unauthorized listings. When a violation is identified:

Detection:Our team monitors third-party marketplaces and reviews reports within 1–2 business days.

Immediate Contact:The associated wholesale account is contacted directly and purchase records are reviewed.

Takedown Action:We file intellectual property and brand protection complaints with the relevant platform.

Account Termination:Accounts confirmed as the source of diverted inventory are permanently terminated and will not be reinstated, regardless of order history.

Reporting Unauthorized Distribution

Term & Termination

This Agreement becomes effective upon submission and remains in effect until terminated. Nutrívamos may terminate immediately and without notice upon a confirmed anti-diversion or authorized-channels violation.

Upon termination, Partner must cease all sales of Nutrívamos products and at Nutrívamos' discretion; return or destroy remaining inventory in accordance with instructions provided by Nutrívamos.
